The U.S. Embassy is pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Online Professional English Network (OPEN) program. The program offers 8-week online university-level courses in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) developed by U.S. educational institutions for the winter and spring of 2024.
