When your case number appears on our website, you should promptly submit your passport, Additional Information Sheet (refusal letter), and all missing documents for final processing of your case.
The date stated below (next to your case number) is not a new appointment date. It is the expiration date of your administrative processing. To avoid significant delays, send your passport and documents as soon as possible when your number is posted.

If calling from the U.S. dial +1-703-520-2525. Please note that each family member needs to register individually and have a separate registration receipt.
After registering, submit your documents with your Courier-In Authorization to the CSC office (UMAKS service location, 27 Amiryan Street, Yerevan) Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00, excluding Armenian holidays.
If your visa application is approved, your visa with your passport and the completed visa packet will be delivered to the UMAKS service location for pick-up. If your visa application is not approved, an officer will inform you in writing and provide information on the next steps. You can confirm if your visa is ready to be picked up at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/. Select the country where you applied for your visa, and access your account using your email address and password that you created when scheduling your visa appointment. Your waybill number and the delivery status will appear on the “Applicant Summary” screen.
Applicants may designate third parties to drop off and pick up their passports for them by providing an authorization letter signed by the applicant with the third party’s full name and a photocopy of the applicant’s identification (passport or national ID card). Important: It is your responsibility to track the arrival of your visa through the following website: https://usvisa-info.com, if not, the delivery of your visa or documents will be delayed. Documents not claimed within 30 days of delivery to the selected DHL location will be returned to the Consulate.
If you do not see your case number, check the list weekly for updates. Except in cases of emergency travel (i.e. serious illnesses, injuries, or deaths in your immediate family), before making inquiries about status of administrative processing, applicants should wait at least 180 days from the date of interview or submission of supplemental documents, whichever is later.
